Shipping & Delivery

The majority of our elite bathroom products are stocked items and available for delivery within 10 days however some of our ranges are made to order/bespoke items may take longer, if you are unsure please contact a member of the sales team

Bathroom Accessories & Taps include the delivery charge.

For larger products such as the vanity units we ask customers get in touch for a delivery quote so we are able to to provide an accurate quote for delivery depending on your location.

Next Day  Delivery – this service is available at a charge - all customers must check with the sales team that the item is available from stock and available for next day delivery before placing there order.

Delivery prices quoted upon checkout are valid for a 100 mile radious

Delivery charge for double vanity units are £150 

Delivery Procedure

Some items may not be in stock and will have to be ordered from our suppliers, this may generate a longer lead time to receive your order. If you are not sure the products you have chosen are stocked please call for details.

We will contact you a few days before the expected delivery date to confirm that you are ready for the goods. Somebody needs to be at the delivery address on the day of delivery because the carriers will require a signature for the goods as well as assistance may be required to unload due to weight of the marble/stone used on the vanity units

We must stress even at this point you are strongly advised not to pre-book contractors, plumbers or engage in any preparatory work until you have all your goods and are happy that they are as ordered and damage free.

If you are not ready to begin work on your development, goods can be stored in our warehouses free of charge for a period of 2 Weeks from Date Of Order so you can get your plumber scheduled in.

Remember we are dealing with fragile products and accidents can happen. If your order is damaged our staff will be as helpful and understanding in resolving any issues.

Delivery Assistance

Our carrier vehicles are frequently manned by the driver only so we ask you to provide suitable help in the unloading of heavy or bulky items. As we are not insured whilst on your property delivery's are curbside delivery only, drivers may help at their discretion, please make sure you have help getting the goods into your property. All packaging materials are the responsibility of the customer after delivery.


You can cancel your order at any time up until dispatch to secure a full refund. If your order has been dispatched and is with the courier your refund will be processed minus the outgoing delivery fee.

Please note products which have been ordered in upon your request or made to order products cannot be cancelled or returned unless damaged

It is your statutory right to return a product within seven working days of delivery. This can be for any reason however at Carrara Bathrooms we offer a 14 day return. In order for this to happen we must be notified either via email, letter or telephone within the time scale mentioned.

Any items that you wish to return must arrive in a resalable condition, this is to include all original packaging which must be in the same condition as on delivery. If goods are received back with damaged packaging a repacking fee will be applied so the goods can be re sold as new.



Items must be checked upon delivery - Couriers are happy to wait whilst the customer does this. If any damage is found the courier will take it back. (Damage caused whilst moving or fitting of the unit is not covered by us)

Items can be returned in original condition complete with packaging within 14 days for a refund minus shipping costs

Customer must return the product safely back to us. Item will be inspected upon return
