Please do not proceed with your purchase until you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions herein. These terms are set in place by Carrara Bathrooms and relate to over the internet sales only, should you make your purchase fromCarrara Bathrooms by other means this is subject to different terms, should you agree to use this site to make your purchase your online receipt acts as your contract with ourselves as proof of agreement to the terms and conditions of use and that you have read and understood such terms and fully understand that they are legally binding and when made online are not subject to any change.

A. Product Specifications

Aa. The manufacturers of Carrara Bathrooms products and our design team work constantly on updating and improving our products and from time to time slight alterations may take place and we reserve the right to do this without prior notification being made to existing and future sales.

Ab. Please remember that all our furniture is made from natural solid hard wood and as such grains and shades may vary and often high quality wood filler is utilised to complete the build this is a normal process used in manufacture and not deemed as a fault.

Ac. Some of our larger items are sold with a small amount of self building required, this is for a. The safe transportation of such goods and b. Ease of access upon delivery. This will be stated upon the page for the item otherwise all other items come fully assembled.

B: Measurements

Ba. Should you incorrectly interpret any measurements on this site or incorrectly measure the space needed or any information supplied by you is incorrect Bathrooms and More Store will not be held liable, this includes any minor alterations made by you or the manufacturer.

Bb. Any measurements on this site are approximate and may be subject to minor change, please check before making any purchase.

C. Returns, Refunds,Your Right to Cancel & Defective Goods

Ca. You can cancel your order at any time up until dispatch to secure a full refund. It is your statutory right to return a product within seven working days of delivery this can be for any reason however here at Carrara Bathrooms we offer a 14 day return. In order for this to happen we must be notified either via email or letter or telephone within the time scale mentioned. A refund will be issued once we are in safe receipt of the item and will be made from ourselves. You also need to keep any items that you wish to return in a resalable condition this is to include all original packaging which must be in the same condition as on delivery. Should you wish to return an item due to change of mind or any other reason where the fault lies with the purchaser you will be responsible for returning the goods back to ourselves with out any damage, once back and damage free a full refund will be issued.

Cb. Products which are made to order or products which have been ordered in foryourself are non refundable once ordered. 

Cc. A refund will be reimbursed to you within 14 days from the day which the cancellation was made

Cd. Should you decide to return the good you must notify us of cancellation in writing sales@carrarabathrooms.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of goods

Ce. All goods are inspected throughly before dispatch and are deemed to be in a saleable condition upon dispatch

Cf. We recommend you examine the goods to check that they are as ordered and undamaged within 7 days from the day after delivery. Please check each item is as ordered and appears in good condition

Cg. We will not be liable for any damages to goods caused by installation or maneuvering into place

Ch. We recommend that you throughly inspect goods on delivery.

Ci. You must notify us in writing of any damaged goods by email to sales@carrarabathrooms.co.uk within 14 days at the latest. 

D. Applicable Law

Da. This site is controlled and operated from our head office in England, in accordance with the laws of England and Wales any claims relating to the use and contents of this site are governed by these laws. Any use of this site from the outside of England and Wales is done so on your own will and should any dispute arise between Bathrooms and more store and such customers you have agreed by these terms to be bound by the laws of England and Wales in resolving any problems.
